This brief 8-question screening tool takes just 5 minutes and helps you gain insight into memory, judgment, reasoning, understanding, abstraction, and related thinking skills. It’s designed for caregivers, family, friends, neighbors or anyone who loves or frequently interacts with an older adult.
While it doesn’t diagnose dementia, it can indicate if further evaluation by a healthcare professional might be needed.
