Tai Chi – Jasper

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a 1 hour twice a week 8- week intervention program designed to increase muscle strength, improve balance and improve self- efficacy. This is a Tai Chi Part 2 class. All participants must have completed Tai Chi Part 1.

This self-assessment connects you to the TCARE (Tailored Caregiver Assessment and Referral) Program. This is a one-on-one caregiver support program that may require you to engage with an assigned TCARE Coach. If you wish to participate in the program, continue to the self-assessment.
