Due to it's popularity, we have partnered with The Villages Health to have Matter of Balance classes run continuously. The registration link will take you to a Village Health website, where you may add your name to their waiting list. We look forward to seeing you! A Matter of Balance is a 2-hour 8 session intervention program designed to help participants increase their levels of fall efficacy, falls management, falls control, exercise and social limitations with regard to concerns about falling.
