Rebuild Florida Program – Florida Commerce
Florida’s long-term recovery program addresses remaining unmet housing recovery needs through the repair or replacement of hurricane-damaged homes. This program prioritizes the most vulnerable populations, including low-income families, seniors, those with disabilities, and families with children under the age of eighteen and is designed to ensure homes are decent, safe, and sanitary after sustaining hurricane damage. Homeowners who now have damages worsened by Hurricanes Helene or Milton and live in one of the 20 Ian impacted counties (Brevard, Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Flagler, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Manatee, Monroe, Okeechobee, Osceola, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, Seminole, and St. Johns) should apply for the program at Ian.RebuildFlorida.gov, as these exacerbated damages are eligible under the current Rebuild Florida Program.
