CCE RFP January 2025 – June 2030
July 25, 2024
Bidders Conference and other submissions
- What happens if nobody bids?
- If there are no bidders, Elder Options must find a way to arrange for the services to be provided.
- If there is no LoI, does it become a single source process at that point? If so, does it change the deadlines/due dates?
- If Elder Options receives less than two Notice of Intent to Submit a Proposal forms, the single source process will take place.
- Yes. Due to the unique circumstances surrounding this particular situation, some of the specifics are unknown at this time. However, deadlines related solely to the RFP process would be eliminated and other deadlines will be reviewed for possible revisions. All applicable deadlines will be communicated to an interested party. Some items, such as the Organizational Capability package, will no longer be required.
- Is the single page LoI the only one required (no other information is required, as was the case with the OAA RFI)?
- The Notice of Intent to Submit a Proposal is the only form required to communicate interest or intent to submit a proposal.
- Does a multi-county UCM function substantially differently than a single-county UCM?
- Everything entered for personnel and service cost information will populate into the county tabs, after the number of units per service are entered. Functionally, the spreadsheet works the same, whether it is designed for a single or a multi-county provider.
